Bill White Supports Cap & Trade

Bill White is not on the side of Texans! When asked what he thought of cap-and-trade legislation by a concerned Texas, this is how his campaign answered:

Bill believes that the 3 best solutions to reduce greenhouse gases are (1) energy efficiency, especially in buildings, to reduce power consumption; (2) auto fuel economy standards that reduce on-road emissions; and (3) increased reliance on cleaner fuels than coal such as natural gas and nuclear power.
