District Court Judge Henry Hudson OK's Virginia's lawsuit

Tuesday, U.S. District Court Judge Henry Hudson said that he will allow Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli to continue with his lawsuit against the Federal Government and health care reform. According to Henry Hudson, the health care case "raises a host of complex constitutional issues, all seem to distill to the single question of whether or not Congress has the power to regulate -- and tax -- a citizens decision not to participate in interstate commerce." There were over 12 state attorney generals who filed a lawsuit against the Federal Government after the health care bill was signed into the law, including Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott. It will only be a matter of time before the Supreme Court has the final say on whether or not the health care law is constitutional or not. Obama now wishes that he did not blast the Supreme Court.
