Texas Patriots PAC touts local release of HATING BREITBART this weekend

Andrew Breitbart was at the Tea Party in the Park in The Woodlands on October 10, 2010. At the time he was considered a rising star in the New Media and the Conservative movement.

Few could have imagined the impact he would have around the world since then - or that he would die last March at the age of 43.

HATING BREITBART is the name of the film that will open for an exclusive limited engagement at the Cinemark at Market Street this Friday, November 2. Irreverent, often funny and completely compelling, it is a fascinating and in-depth look at his work, and the impact it has and will continue to have.

“The timing of this movie release is perfect, particularly considering the outrage we are all feeling about recent events.” says Julie Turner, President of the Texas Patriots PAC.

“Breitbart was one of our greatest inspirations. We are delighted to be working with Movie to Movement to support this release in our area. We encourage folks to come out this weekend - it is definitely a must see! ” The web site for the film gives more great explanation - “The new documentary ...is a combination of jocularity and righteous indignation. From the unfounded cries of Tea Party racism to ACORN's desire to promote human trafficking to congressional Weiner-gate, Breitbart lived to expose the hypocrisy of the liberal narrative. And that, of course, left him exposed to flame throwing by those very people. Spending more than two years alongside Breitbart with nearly unlimited access, filmmaker Andrew Marcus paints a vivid picture of a man who refused to be silenced by the tactics of the institutional left. A new-media innovator, Breitbart was embraced by conservatives for standing up and challenging the rules of the game. In his own words, if you are part of "the majority of the country that believes in freedom and liberty," if you believe the left has "a contempt for the American public," and if you ready to "take this country back," then you will love HATING BREITBART.”
