Recent polls indicate that the number 1 issue in America is the economy and job creation, and nowhere is this sentiment more evident than in Texas' 23rd Congressional District. Our unemployment levels not only exceed our State levels, they exceed the National levels. Governor Rick Perry has released his personal tax returns along with the state financial disclosure statements; however, while Democratic gubernatorial nominee Bill White has released the city of Houston financial disclosure forms, he will not release his personal income tax retruns as Perry has.  Read more »

Libertarian Candidate for Texas Governor, Jeff Daiell, discusses Libertarianism, his history with it and his campaign for Texas gpvernor. Mr. Daiell, not surprisingly, avoids answering questions with regard to religious principles and governance but was willing to discuss his advocacy regarding the dangers of illegal drugs.  Read more »

Among the many lessons learned for election victories in the last thirty years is that you nominate the most Conservative Candidate in the Republican Primary (and Runoff) to have the surest chance of Victory in November.
