Appearing on NBC's Meet The Press this morning, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said "I think there's no doubt there are enough seats in play that could cause Republicans to gain control. There's no doubt about that,"
Now that I am big time politcal blogger type press guy, LOL, I get invited to Republican functions from time to time. Monday night I attended a meet and greet for the Harris County Republican Party in the Heights at Cedar Creek Bar and Grill on West 20th. The function featured Fernando Herrera who seeks to unseat a radical leftist Democrat and bring conservatism to Texas district 148 in that very same neighborhood: the Heights.
Congressional Candidate Roy Morales will be holding his campaign kick-off breakfast this weekend - Saturday, June 5!
