Learn More About the Helping Everyone Reach Outstanding Educational Success (HEROES) Program

Earlier this week, I was delighted to meet with representatives from the H.E.R.O.E.S. (Helping Everyone Reach Outstanding Educational Success) program to discuss their upcoming initiatives and events to promote awareness for the needs of the disability community. The H.E.R.O.E.S. program is dedicated to providing a variety of life enhancing programs to encourage and enhance vocational, social, and communications skills.

As the proud father of a 20 year old Down syndrome young man, I deeply value the efforts of these dedicated volunteers. I truly believe that this program is an excellent way to encourage these individuals to embrace and enhance their current skills and provide them with the opportunity to create a better future for themselves.
