(VIDEO) Students Punished for Spreading Christmas Spirit

Ten boys at a Virginia high school who wore Christmas sweaters and sang Christmas carols to students in the hallways before school started got in trouble for handing out candy canes, which school administrators said could have been used to "maliciously maim students with the intent to injure." Trash Collectors to Serve as Eyes and Ears for the Police

Waste Management drivers, helpers and technicians in Rensselaer and Albany Counties recently got training in mobile community watch.

"They're on these routes every day so they're used to the normal situation so they are able to recognize a non-normal situation," explains Ken Bevis of Waste Management. Trucks are now armed with a cell phone, camera and incident reports so they'll have accurate information for police and, possibly, prosecutors.

63-Year-Old Austrian Fined 800 Euros for Yodeling, Offended Muslim Neighbors

A 63-year-old Austrian citizen, Helmut G., was recently fined 800 Euros for yodeling while mowing his lawn. Apparently his next-door neighbors, who are Muslim and right in the middle of prayer, were offended by the yodeling because it resembled the call of the Muezzin.

Another US Border Patrol Agent Murdered - How many more must die?

In the darkness of night, Tuesday night (12/14) another US Border Patrol Agent was gunned down and killed along the Arizona/Mexico Border. Agent Brian A. Terry was patrolling a region of the border called the Peckwell/Rio Ricco sector with an undetermined number of other US Border Patrol Agents when they came acorss five suspects.
