Congressman Smith Invites Local Veterans to Join Telephone Discussion

I would like to invited veterans across the 21st congressional district to participate in a telephone town hall on Wednesday, June 3rd.

America’s veterans have made tremendous sacrifices to protect and defend our freedoms. In the wake of scandals at the VA, Congress has taken action to ensure our nation’s veterans receive the best care, not delayed care. I want to ensure that veterans, from San Antonio to Austin to the Hill Country, are seeing the intended effects of this legislation and receiving the benefits they have earned. I invite all area veterans to join me and House Veterans Affairs Committee Chairman Jeff Miller to participate in this telephone conversation.
