Runoff in CD14 - Felicia Harris Receives Strong Endorsements

An interesting thing happened in the world of Texas politics this week. It is pretty rare for a sitting Congressman to make an endorsement of a candidate for Congress in a contested race in the Republican Primary. In the race for CD14, candidate Felicia Harris has pulled off not one such endorsement, but two! I have been watching this race to replace the retiring Ron Paul in the US House of Representatives with some interest for several months. This announcement caught my attention and should cause you to take notice as well if you live in CD14.   Read more »

Hispanic Group Sues Texas Over Redistricting and Absurdly Alleges that Race is the only Reason People Should Use in Elections

Plus read this article to see what Hispanics like Adryana Boyne and African Americans like Pastor John Lawson have to say about why the Republican Party is the best Party for Hispanics and African Americans.

The new census numbers are in and Texas has to re-draw the maps.

As soon as the proposed maps start to come out you can find them here. According to the redistricting update conference call that I had with some high ranking legislators involved in redistricting, the first proposed map to come out will be the State Board of Education map.

The Real Reason Texas is Still Red

I came across an article called, “How Hispanic Voters Kept Texas Red” written by a Houston attorney named Mark R. Yzaguirre. I read this article and I place a capitalized WARNING label on it. People that know me know that when I see something I do not like I will let you know, and I will not hold back. So here it goes.   Read more »

New Faces of the Texas GOP

Included in the GOP wave that swept Texas Democrats back to being even more irrelevant than they already were, were five Latino Republicans and two black Republicans. Let that sink in for a minute. Yes, nearly one-third of the newly elected Republican state representatives were conservative minorities!   Read more »

Enemies of the (Texas) State - Why Redistricting is Ours! - Action Required!

"It is curious that physical courage should be so common in the world and moral courage so rare." -  Mark Twain

Texas has nine Congressmen who managed to survive the “shellacking” by the GOP vote. SHEILA JACKSON LEE District 18 in Houston which is 62% non-white and EDDIE BERNICE JOHNSON District 30 in the Dallas area also 62% non-white. These two women have made it for another term

We Remembered in November

Throughout the past two years, we spoke. Tuesday, the electorate listened.

The efforts of conservatives, whether they belonged to the Republican Party, the Tea Party or were simply disgruntled independents, did not go unnoticed this year. Every rally, every Tea Party, every plea for help combating an increasingly socialist government was worth the grueling work. We showed Obama and his cronies

Texans Must Unseat the Remaining US Representatives Who Voted to support Partial Birth Abortion

I have talked to each one of the Republican candidates personally and I am very impressed and thankful for their willingness to go to Washington, DC and fight for us. I want to say thank you to each one of them for their commitment to Texas' and America’s values. God bless all of them!

Texas Tea Party Candidates - Trotter - Broden - Flores - Campbell- Farenthold - Underwood - Action Required

"It does not take a majority to prevail ... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men."         - Samuel Adams

The Texas Tea Party candidates have been totally ignored by the MSM. The Tea Party favorites have an uphill battle to win their districts. Most of these candidates with the exception of Bill Flores from District 17 are in solid Socialist/Democrat areas. We must support these candidates as they fight for all of us. We must make ready because Obama will be attacking the conservatives/Republicans at the crack of dawn on November 3rd. We need all the help we can muster to beat the Obama Administration.
