Bible Thumpers Of The World Unite!

You have likely heard about Bill O’Reilly’s “Bible Thumper” comment. I personally gave it very little thought, but my Lutheran preacher, Dr. Laurence L. White could not ignore it. His response is below.

Reverend White is one of the most effective speakers in the country on protecting the unborn. Of course I am biased, he is my pastor!

If you are interested in what he has to say, please feel free to share it with as many people as you desire.

My prayer is that God will not give up on America, and that Christians will unite!   Read more »

The Demise of Keith Olbermann

Keith Olbermann is no longer with Current TV, and he can add this network to his resume of networks that sent him packing. The question that remains is how does a bright individual who had the looks, the voice, and even a sense of humor, everything needed for success, be near the end of his career?

The Divine Dynamic Power Of Liberty

Some of you may be aware that as I have told people, Bill O’Reilly is not a conservative. Many think he is, for a simple reason: they literally don’t know what they are talking about. The Temptation of The Donald

Bill O’Reilly did us all a favor when he interviewed over a period of a week, Donald Trump. Trump demonstrated two things, the first being that he was not well-informed on issues and the second being; Trump is more of a populist than a conservative.

Forget the crazy birther stuff, I am not so sure that Trump believes this stuff but knows it makes for great print.

On Rapacious Money

I was well into another post when I got an email from someone complaining of The Fed and the greedy rich. Yes, this is a bit of a unique character. But, I edited out some personal references and submitted my response:

It’s probably true that had The Fed not acted to keep interest rates low and buy American Treasuries, there might have been an even sharper fall in the American economy and stock market.

Juan Williams Hit the Lottery!

Juan Williams hit the lottery. He gets fired by NPR, received sympathy throughout most of America for expressing thoughts that many Americans have about radical Islam and then gets a big money deal from Fox. Kind of an up yours to NPR.
