Alleged Scammer Profited More than First Believed from Brian Terry's Death

Shortly after Breitbart Texas broke the news about an alleged scam involving a South Carolina man’s sale of merchandise as part of what he claimed to be a fundraising effort for the Brian Terry Foundation, more tips came flooding to Breitbart Texas. New information revealed a much larger operation that is seemingly a scam than originally contemplated.   Read more »

Brian Terry's Death Exploited, Says Family

Breitbart Texas has discovered a Facebook page selling merchandise with slain Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s image under the guise of supporting the Brian Terry Foundation. Terry’s family, however, says not so fast—stating the page has no connection with the official foundation organized in his memory.

The Facebook page “Project: Honor First” claims to be “directly aligned with the Brian Terry Foundation in an effort to pursue the truth,

Yet Another Fast & Furious Gun Shows up in Mexico, Near Arizona Border

Eric HolderWhen U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed in December, 2010 and two guns were found that were linked to a gun walking program called Fast & Furious, we knew that his death would not mark the end of damage caused by these guns.   Read more »

Brian Terry Three Years Later - A Strong Family Waits for Answers

Brian TerryThree years ago, I first wrote about the death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Three years later, Brian's family waits for answers as to what really happened that night in the Arizona desert. Over the past three years, much has been written about the circumstances surrounding his death and the Obama Administration scandal that rose from two of the weapons found at the scene of Brian's murder - the scandal now known as Fast & Furious.   Read more »

Was "Fast and Furious" Actor Paul Walker Assassinated by an Obama Drone?

The tinfoil hat of the year award may just have to go out to David Chase Taylor at Truther.org after he made the case that "Fast and Furious" actor Paul Walker was "assassinated in a drone strike" while riding in a car in Los Angeles last week. The bizarre article makes the claim that a tree with a 6" diameter trunk could not possibly have cut the Porsche Carrera GT in half and exploded it into flames. Obviously Taylor has never challenged a tree with a car. Trees have a very bad attitude and simply will not give way to a car, no matter how expensive it is.   Read more »

Drug Cartel Shootout on U.S. Soil as Violence Increases in SE Arizona - Interview with Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels on Defending the Border and the Constitution

U.S. Border with Mexico in ArizonaFor years, the Obama Administration has been pushing the fable that the border is secure and drug cartel violence is limited to areas south of the U.S. Mexico Border. A recent report on TexasGOPVote.com by Brandon Darby and other news reports seem to indicate that is just not true. Recently, I traveled to Tucson, Arizona to attend the Brian Terry Foundation Benefit Dinner in honor of fallen U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. While in Tucson, I headed down to Arizona's southeastern border with Mexico and visited with Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels who had a lot to say on this subject.

Will Government Shutdown Kill Immigration Reform for This Year?

As the Congress of the United States is now all consumed with one of its primary constitutional duties, creating a budget for government spending, hopes for a solution to our nation's border security and immigration problems seem to be dwindling quickly. After a visit this weekend to the Arizona/Mexico border and a meeting with the family of fallen Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, it is very sad to see this issue being kicked down the road.   Read more »

Defense Rests in the Persecution of George Zimmerman - Is this case part of the Obama Antigun Agenda?

George Zimmerman on TrialThe defense rested today in the second degree murder persecution of George Zimmerman. Zimmerman is standing trial on trumped up charges after the State's Attorney bowed public pressure and filed charges against Zimmerman after he shot Trayvon Martin in self defense. Zimmerman did not take the stand in his own defense because it is clear to anyone with intellectual honesty, the prosecution failed to prove the elements of the charges filed. They failed to prove it because the crime never happened.   Read more »

Ambassador John Bolton on UN Arms Control Treaty and Benghazi - A TexasGOPVote Exclusive Interview

Ambassador John Bolton and TexasGOPVote's Bob Price - Exclusive InterviewFormer U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, has been celebrated by conservatives and maligned by liberals and the mainstream media (isn't that the same thing?) for decades. Having served under three Republican presidents (Reagan, Bush 41 and Bush 43), Bolton has built a reputation for being solid on the facts and outspoken with his opinions. TexasGOPVote was privileged this week to speak with Ambassador Bolton in an exclusive interview about
