Anonymous is a "hacktivist" group, that is, hackers + activists, that have also been described as an anarchic, chaotic, global brain or internet-based superconsciousness. Recently Anonymous hacked into several different police databases and leaked sensitive personal data, among them passwords, names, addresses, phone numbers and social security numbers of several police departments and associations, apparently in support of the Occupy Wall Street movement. Earlier this week, TexasGOPVote reported on the
Tea party groups' allegations that the IRS has long been targeting them for their political beliefs were recently confirmed by an apology from the IRS. The scandal gained traction as congressional leaders began efforts to hold the IRS accountable and understand the depths of the federal government’s politically-motivated abuses of power. 
Senator Marco Rubio has launched a new ad campaign to explain and gain support for his Conservative Immigration Reform program. The ad targets what we have been saying on TexasGOPVote for quite some time, de facto amnesty, strong border security and other strict rules on immigrants who are in this country either through illegal entry or visa overstays.
As the early vote begins in Texas, it is already underway in many states across America. Now is the time for us not to just get out the vote enough to win, but to bring all of our votes to the polls to send a clear message to our government. Many areas of Texas are solid red in our votes. But, in some of our largest counties we have gone anywhere from purple to solid blue.
Lt. Governor David Dewhurst was in his element at an event hosted at the King Street Patriots warehouse that featured such notable speakers as Michael Reagan.
