Tuesday Night CNN Debate - Will it be all about Gingrich?

The GOP Presidential contenders will face off tonight in a CNN foreign policy debate. The debate will start at 8PM EST and will be held the DAR Constitutional Hall in Washington, DC.

As Newt Gingrich is leading in the polls for the first time in this election process, much of the attention will be on him tonight. Debates are Gingrich's strong suit, and tonight's debate will give Gingrich an opportunity to continue his momentum.

So, what agency would you most like to forget?

The following was released by the Perry Campaign after last night's debate in Michigan:

We’ve all had human moments. President Obama is still trying to find all 57 states. Ronald Reagan got lost somewhere on the Pacific Highway in an answer to a debate question. Gerald Ford ate a tamale without removing the husk. And tonight Rick Perry forgot the third agency he wants to eliminate. Just goes to show there are too damn many federal agencies.   Read more »

Maybe the critics are right, but these debates have proven a valuable asset for many of the Republican candidates. Dick Morris observed a few months ago that this will be the Fox nomination process where Fox News

At the beginning of the GOP presidential debates, I may have agreed that any of the GOP presidential contenders would be better than Obama. But now that the GOP contenders have had an opportunity to speak on their own behalf, I have made some observations and have started the process of elimination.

Rick Perry - Right on Social Security Ponzi Scheme

Rick Perry is right! And, he is sticking to his guns! He said it in his book. He said it in the CNN Presidential Debate. He said it again today in USAToday. The MSNBC Reagan Debate

After watching the debate at the Reagan Library and spending couple of days mulling it over, a few thoughts came out. My initial thought was that Perry did not help himself, for while there were moments that he did shine, there were also moments that he looked unprepared. I will discuss more on this later but the number of pundits who viewed this still a two man race between Romney and Perry were numerous and the number who felt that this debate helped Perry outnumbered those who didn’t.   Read more »
