It gets worse, the hosting entity (Clear Creek ISD) is the School District that will benefit from their own election. They handle their own ballots, count their ballots, and police their election. A simple mistake? Even if it was, it still goes to show the importance of having measures in place to prevent voter fraud and to protect ballot integrity. Posted under:

Harris County Early Vote Turnout—Too Close to Call!
As of the close of early voting the turnout estimates in Harris County make the county wide races far too close to call. Due largely to a last ditch pull-out-all-the-stops efforts by the Democrats that we now know includes illegal electioneering (uncovered by the True the Vote group), countywide races, such as law enforcement and judges, may be in jeopardy. Just today I’ve heard of “revolving door” voting in Democratic areas, where voters were reportedly observed to have voted multiple Posted under:
DOJ’s Decision to Challenge South Carolina Voter ID Law Questioned
In 2011, South Carolina enacted a law to prevent voter fraud by requiring voters to present a photo ID at the polls. The ID is free and anyone with a reasonable impediment to obtaining the ID may vote after completing an affidavit. South Carolina is covered by Posted under:

True the Vote Reaction to Texas Voter ID Ruling
"This is a sad day for a majority of Americans demanding better safeguards against election fraud and irregularity," True The Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht said. Lt. Governor Dewhurst Statement Regarding Court Decision on Texas Voter ID Law
"Following the decision earlier this week by the D.C. federal court to strike down Texas’ redistricting plan, today’s ruling to reject Texas’ Voter ID law should be a rallying cry for conservatives across Texas as the Obama Administration continues to trample on our states’ rights. The law passed in Texas was designed to protect the right of one person-one vote by ensuring that only U.S. citizens − who are legally eligible − Posted under:

Two activists, Lianne Russell and Tanya A. Robertson, walked into the Harris County Elections Division (Houston, TX) last week and were given ACTUAL ballots when they only asked for Mail In Ballot Applications. They were given these ballots without even being asked to show a photo ID or proof of identity!
Throughout 2012, whenever I was asked if we would win in November, my answer was consistently, “We will win if we can overcome voter fraud.” I just could not comprehend that the American people would willingly allow the current administration to continue in dismantling our Republic, piece by piece. But I was wrong, at least partially. While voter fraud was certainly a problem, tragically, voter apathy was something that I never saw coming.

In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, I questioned the decision of Obama administration officials to challenge South Carolina’s voter ID law. I was joined in sending the letter by two Judiciary Committee members, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.).
A Washington D.C. Court has ruled against a Texas Voter ID Law and has also ruled against the latest Texas Redistricting Maps. The rulings are a result of Obama's DOJ leader Eric Holder's unconstitutional, race-based attacks against Republican-led Texas. These rulings are really just formalities that bring us one step closer to the U.S. Supreme Court striking down section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.
HOUSTON, TX --
AUSTIN—Today, Lt. Governor David Dewhurst issued the following statement after the U.S. District Court in Washington D.C. ruled against Texas’ Voter ID law:
After a week of arguments in Texas’ voter ID case, it is clear that the Justice Department’s case is based on biased and flawed evidence. The Administration’s case is so weak that it crumbles under the pressure of facts.
Tuesday, Attorney General Holder spoke in Houston, Texas, at a gathering of the NAACP, and I'm sorry to say that his remarks were completely inappropriate and misleading.
