Adryana Boyne Statement on Stefani’s Carter’s Dropping Out of Race for Texas Railroad Commissioner

Austin, Texas—Adryana Boyne, Conservative candidate for the Texas House District 102 seat, issued the following statement in regards to the announcement by Rep. Stefani Carter that she was dropping her bid for Texas Railroad Commissioner and was, instead, seeking reelection to the Texas House of Representatives.

“I am disappointed that Stefani has reversed course, dropped out of the race for Texas Railroad Commissioner, and is now, once again, running for the Texas House District 102 seat that she was ready to abandon just days ago. Stefani’s decision does not impact my campaign for the Texas House in any way. I look forward to a spirited Republican Primary election in which voters will have the opportunity to judge which candidate truly wants to represent their values in our state’s capital as their State Representative.”
