(VIDEO) Gingrich On Judicial Limits

Here are some good videos of Gingrich and the contemporary unconstitutional legal convention and the proper balancing of the power of The Judicial branch of American government. They are properly one of three counterbalancing branches sworn to uphold The US Constitution. Any branch must have its judgment approved by at least one of the other two. Since the Warren Supreme Court’s declaration of its own supremacy, the other two branches have been cowed into submission to a judicial oligarchy by the clamor of popular education and media.
As a historian familiar with our founding and history, Gingrich recognizes this as un-American tyranny. Though Santorum did register his assent to Gingrich’s explanation at one debate, which is included below (pay attention: Megyn Kelly is a lawyer who reports the legal convention of conservative lawyers who are a product of the same legal convention), Gingrich is in fact the only politician on the national stage in many decades, who could relate and apply the relevant history of this imbalance, which has been the terror of American social policy for all of our lifetimes.
