60 Plus

TexasGOPVote catches up with Jim Martin who discusses the 60 Plus, and organization he founded nineteen years ago to counter the liberal AARP, which he described as a "big liberal Fortune 500 insurance conglomerate" that receives a lot of tax dollars. 60 Plus is the conservative counter and is for limited government, less taxes, and adherence to the Constitution. 60 Plus spokesperson music legend Pat Boone did some support phone calls for Bill Flores (TX-17) in his election against Chet Edwards. 60 Plus also supported candidates such a Quico Canseco (TX-23) and Pete Sessions (TX-32).
