Jobs Report Is Huge Disappointment!

The May jobs report has turned out to be a huge disappointment!

According to Reuters:

The May report found hiring by private employers slowed sharply and came in lower than analysts expected, although temporary census hiring pushed payrolls higher and dropped the unemployment rate to 9.7 percent from 9.9 percent.

Although Obama claims that this jobs report is a sign that our economy is getting stronger, Republicans know better. The 431,000 jobs that were added in May were mainly due to temporary government hiring for the Census.

Michael Steeles repsonse to the jobs report:

"The underlying fact is that 9.7 percent unemployment is unacceptable by any standard. No amount of spin will resolve the fact that the presidents policies have been a colossal failure when it comes to creating jobs."
