(VIDEO) Students Punished for Spreading Christmas Spirit

Ten boys at a Virginia high school who wore Christmas sweaters and sang Christmas carols to students in the hallways before school started got in trouble for handing out candy canes, which school administrators said could have been used to "maliciously maim students with the intent to injure." One school administrator even told one of the boy's mothers that "not everyone wants Christmas cheer. That suicide rates are up over Christmas, and that they should keep their cheer to themselves, perhaps."
