Capitalism Wins in NYC

For the time being, capitalism has won a battle that should have never been fought. Nanny Bloomberg’s 16-oz soda limitation is no more.

An appeals court ruled Tuesday that New York City’s Board of Health exceeded its legal authority and acted unconstitutionally when it tried to put a size limit on soft drinks served in city restaurants.

How stupid was Bloomberg for even believing this was constitutional in any way? It just goes to show you how pompous the wealthy Left are. They know better than you, whether it’s regulating your fat or telling you not to smoke.

I suggest Bloomberg start monitoring Democrat legislators’ phones, and keeping them away from young coeds.

Because NYC is flush with cash, the city’s law department has promised an appeal. Oh wait…that’s BLOOMBERG who is flush with cash, ergo more money than sense.
