Houston Man Faces Life In Prison for Sex Trafficking Minors
A Houston man now faces up to life in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 for his conviction on charges related to trafficking of minor girls for prostitution. The charges involve the trafficking of at least three girls under the age of eighteen.
In a plea bargain agreement, Pierre Johnson, also known as “Too Good” or “Uncle”, admitted to forcing at least three minor girls into prostitution by the use of force and intimidation according to an FBI press release obtained by Breitbart Texas. Johnson stated in the agreement that he and his conspirators, whose names are not being released at this time, took pictures of the girls and placed online ads for prostitution. He advertised both one-girl services and two-girl specials.
Johnson admitted keeping all of the money and providing the girls with marijuana. The acts of prostitution occurred in Texas, Louisiana and Colorado.
In the indictment attached below, Breitbart Texas learned Johnson originally faced six counts of federal charges including conspiracy to force underage girls into prostitution through means of force or coercion, transportation of minors, and sex trafficking.
The trial was presided over by U.S. District Judge David Ellison who accepted the plea agreement. He ordered Johnson to remain in custody pending the final sentencing.
The investigation of this case was conducted jointly by the Houston Police Department and the FBI Innocence Lost Task Force. The case was developed from statements from the victims, on-line advertisements for the girls services and hotel records from a wide variety of hotels.
Breitbart Texas has reported extensively on the impact of Human Trafficking and Sex Trafficking and the efforts by Texas authorities to prosecute these crimes. Recently Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott released an educational tool for teachers and other education professionals to help them recognize and report victims of Human Trafficking.
