Seriously, Is There Any Other Presidential Candidate Who Can Give This Speech?

Heres an old, almost 10 minute video, the 5th of five segments at a David Horowitz Restoration Weekend, in which Gingrich discusses executive and legislative restraint of the judiciary, but also discusses other important things. Ive seen it several times, but I think it very clearly separates Gingrich from all other Presidential candidates. There are two things that I have no question about:

1. Gingrich has a long record of much controversy, mostly due to an entirely adversarial media. But there is much to dig at, and if Gingrich is the Republican nominee, the general campaign will be an all out war.
2. Gingrich would win that war.
