Rep. Van Duyne Hosts Small Business Mobile Casework Table

Thursday afternoon, I hosted a Small Business Mobile Casework Table at the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce to assist small business owners in navigating the new PPP Direct Forgiveness Portal.

The Small Business Administration recently announced a new streamlined application process in the PPP Direct Forgiveness Portal, where users can now complete most or all of a forgiveness application using a computer or smartphone.

It is critical that we continue to help our small businesses navigate the federal bureaucracy and connect them with available resources. Our small businesses are the backbone of the great state of Texas, and it is an honor to serve small business owners and aid wherever possible.

My staff was joined by Colleyvillle Mayor Richard Newton and Herbert Austin from SBA. The inquiries received today could bring nearly $3 million to businesses in TX-24.
