The Environment and the Economy: As Viewed by the Huffington Post

In a Huffington Post article, Independent Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, gives his take on environmental policy saying

Good environmental policy is good economic policy.

Then he goes on to say

In the stimulus package, for example, we are spending more money on energy efficiency and sustainable energy than in the history of the United States of America. We certainly have moved far more aggressively in the last year then Bush did in eight years.

By saying that we have "moved far more aggressively," don't you mean we have "spent an insane amount of taxpayer money?" The stimulus package has been a giant failure!
