FEMA Deadline Reminder - November 30, 2017

Tomorrow, November 30, 2017, is the last day for Texans affected by Hurricane Harvey to register for federal assistance. Since the storm, my team of Red Tape Cutters have been working tirelessly to connect and assist South Texans with the resources they need to rebuild. Last night, I held a "Conference Call with Your Congressman," where representatives from FEMA, SBA, TWIA, GLO and I answered questions about disaster relief. To view that video click here.

To be eligible for any FEMA programs, homeowners and renters must register before tomorrow's deadline. There are several ways to register:

Online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov.
FEMA mobile app, available at fema.gov/mobile-app.
Phone (800) 621-3362 (711 or Video Relay Service) 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Central daily, TTY (800) 462-7585.
At a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC). Find your nearest DRC at fema.gov/drc.
