The Irony of It All
Do you love irony like I do? Sometimes there's just so much irony, you almost can't help but point it out and shake your head at it. Or laugh at it. Or elbow your friend in the ribs and bring their attention to it so you can both shake your heads in disbelief in unison at the stupidity of the irony. Most of these instances are when government does something because, government can be ironic along with, oh, so many other things. Wasteful, redundant, oh, did I mention redundant?
So, apparently, Austin is still keeping things weird by one of their latest shows of irony when county employees decided to provide condoms and lubricant in plastic baggies and hang them from a tree in a local park to promote safe sex. Just a few weeks ago, Valerie Jarrett announced in an interview that the Obama presidency hasn't had one single scandal or done anything to embarrass themselves. See my response below:
Not sure if this next one qualifies as irony or stupidity, or both, but here goes. As the article reads, "Only liberals would declare a water shortage disaster after spending years dumping good, fresh water into the ocean to protect a non-endangered bait fish.
