Sen. Cruz: ‘This Week, Americans Will Gather With Loved Ones to Celebrate the Blessings of Liberty’

Yesterday I issued the following statement in advance of Thanksgiving Day:

Our nation has a rich tradition of gratitude. This week, Americans will gather with loved ones to celebrate the blessings of liberty. We thank God for our country, for the gift of freedom, and for the generations of men and women in our Armed Forces who have defended our way of life. For that, among many other blessings, there is much to be immensely thankful for this year. May God continue to bless the United States of America.
