Congressman Tony Gonzales Delivers Keynote Speech At Laughlin AFB Graduation

It's men and women that are willing to raise their hands and put themselves in harm's way, that makes our country so great.

On Friday I delivered the keynote speech at Laughlin Air Force Base’s graduation. The event marked the graduation of class 21-14 from undergraduate pilot training. You can find photos from the graduation here.

I am a veteran of the United States Navy. I served two decades as a cryptologist, retiring as Master Chief Petty Officer. I completed multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I am the most recently retired member of the military currently serving in Congress, having retired in July of 2019.
