Cornyn Meets with Texas Law Enforcement Associations

U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) met Tuesday with members of the Texas Municipal Police Association (TMPA) and the Texas Chapter of the Fraternal Order of the Police (TX FOP), including TMPA Executive Director Kevin Lawrence and TX FOP State Past President Dennis Ward, to discuss several of his bills supporting local law enforcement. Last Congress, Sen. Cornyn’s Law Enforcement De-Escalation Training Act and Justice & Mental Health Collaboration Program Reauthorization Act were signed into law. See photo attached and below.
