Kay Bailey Hutchison Concedes in Texas Governor's Race

Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison has just conceded the Republican gubernatorial primary to Governor Rick Perry. She asks Republicans to unite behind Pick Perry. Even though only 28% of the votes are in, Rick Perry has unofficially been declared the winner and will compete in the November election against Bill White.
