Two active members of the U.S. Army were allegedly aiding an enemy — big time. Jaime Casillas and Andrew Reyes, both of the National Guard, were arrested in San Diego Wednesday for selling stolen stashes of arms, ammo and armor more than a dozen times to supposed Mexican drug cartel members, according to a criminal complaint.
