Forbes Unpublished This Article Exposing Climate Change Myths By Renowned Climate Activist

Without explanation, Forbes recently unpublished/blocked an article by award-winning environmentalist and climate activist Michael Schellenberger, in which he apologizes for the role he played in helping to create a “climate scare” through many years of fear mongering and environmental alarmism while debunking several climate change myths.

Schellenberger, a democrat, and a Time Magazine “Hero of the Environment,’ Green Book Award winner, and founder of Environmental Progress, has often referred to climate change as an “existential threat to human civilization,” and called it a “crisis.” Until recently, he has been scared to take a more realistic approach.

“The few times I summoned the courage to defend climate science from those who misrepresent it I suffered harsh consequences,” he said.

Maybe Forbes was threatened with some harsh consequences for posting the article that has since been removed by the “groups motivated by anti-humanist beliefs” who Schellenberger says are misleading the world on climate science.

Now, Schellenberger says he has to speak up after witnessing things spiral out of control, citing the infamous quote from Alexandria Ocasio Cortez: “The world is going to end in twelve years if we don’t address climate change.”

According to Schellenberger, “The most important thing for reducing air pollution and carbon emissions is moving from wood to coal to petroleum to natural gas to uranium.”
