The Devine camp continues to throw poison darts into the minds of Texans against Justice David Medina. Devine’s followers and supporters are more of a ‘cult’ than just conservative Republicans. These so called supporters were either misled or support this kind of malicious behavior. Christians don’t throw their Christianity around just to prove they are Christians. Personally, this is the most sordid and convoluted case I have ever researched.   Read more »

In what can only be described as shocking, Judge John Devine (candidate for Texas Supreme Court, Place 4) told former Texas District Court Judge Scott Link he decided to run against incumbent Texas Supreme Court Justice David Medina because "I can beat somebody with a Mexican name." The statement was made during a candidate screening luncheon and was witnessed by Houston attorney, Frank Harmon, who also attended the lunch.   Read more »

With the Texas Primary Election day behind us, candidates who have not yet secured their nomination are now gearing up for the July 31st Run-off elections. One very important run-off race is between Justice David Medina and John Devine for Texas Supreme Court, Place 4. The Supreme Court of Texas is the court of last resort for civil matters in the State of Texas.
