Hodges requiring a nationwide redefinition of marriage. There has been a lot of discussion about the 84th Legislature's failure to pass Representative Craddick's HB 80. Having worked for the Legislature during the recent Session, I saw and still see the issue of texting and driving differently than Rep. Craddick. A great example of that growth is Cheniere Energy's plans to build an $11 billion liquefied natural gas terminal in Corpus Christi and then expanding the plan by $6-7 billion before even breaking ground.
