Specter to Bachman: "Act Like a Lady, Don't Interrupt Me!"

Senator Arlen Specter (D-Penn.) and Representative Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) appeared together on a Philly radio station the other day:
Bachmann first laid out her agenda -- cutting taxes and killing President Obamas health reform bill -- at considerable length. When Specter tried to counter, Bachmann, darling of the Tea Party movement, kept on talking, which didnt sit well with the one-time Philadelphia DA, who is a stickler for politeness and protocol.
Its one thing for Specter to tell her not to interrupt him, but what does "acting like a lady" have to do with that? Would interrupting have been okay by him if Bachman was a man?
Specter is up for re-election, and this is not going to help him win the vote from liberal women that he desperately needs... Listen to the exchange below:
