Texas GOP Featured Voice: Laura Elizabeth Morales

Laura Elizabeth Morales is the Senior Vice Chairman of the Young Conservatives of Texas. She is the co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Young Conservatives of Texas chapter at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Morales is a politically active blogger on her own site, Memoirs From a Young Conservative, and has been featured by CNN's American Morning, Marie Claire Magazine, ABC World News with Charles Gibson (just to name a few). Morales was also a speaker at the February 2008 CPAC and 2008 Texas Americans for Prosperity Defending the American Dream Summit.

In 2008, Morales was inducted into the "Townhall of Fame" in Townhall.com's inaugural issue of Townhall Magazine.

In her spare time, Morales performs on stage with the South Texas Players Theater Group.

Morales is currently living in McAllen, Texas working as an Account Executive with Harris Media LLC.
