USPS Must Fix Delivery Issues in Texas Immediately

The USPS is tasked with providing critical services — from medications to bills — to communities across the nation. Sadly, it has failed many Texans over the past two months, resulting in a multitude of mail issues for my constituents and others throughout Texas.

This past week, Senator Cornyn and I sent a letter to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, expressing our deep concerns about these issues, asking what USPS is doing to fix the problem, and demanding they show greater transparency in the process.

What's happening in my district with USPS is unacceptable. My constituents are frustrated, and small businesses are hurting. This issue must be fixed immediately. My constituents not only demand it — they deserve it.
