Making a Difference in Dallas County

Thanks to the PAC Committee of Golden Corridor Republican Women, GCRW recently launched a new initiative that they are hoping will begin to turn the tide in Dallas County. Two billboards as well as ad spots on BET

Republican War on Women and Other Great Myths - "Ladies, Can We Talk?"

Debora Georgatos and Bob PriceEarlier this year, the Democrats and the liberal media created a mythological Republican war against women when George Stephanopoulos of ABC News asked Governor Mitt Romney in one of the primary presidential debates about whether a state should have the right to legislate a woman’s access to contraception. Governor Romney responded very appropriately that no one was even thinking about that, talking about that, etc, but the media picked up on it and really ran with it creating this myth that somehow there is a Republican war on women. A Note From the RPT Ballot Integrity Task Force

Republican Party of Texas - Dear Fellow Texas Voter, We have verified at least two instances in the state of Texas where an electronic voting machine did not correctly register the vote that the voter marked. In one instance, the person voted for Romney/Ryan, and the voting machine registered Obama/Biden. In another instance, the person voted straight Republican ticket, and the voting machine registered straight Green Party ticket. In both instances, the voter caught the mistake and reported it to the Election Judge, and the voter was able to vote the way they wanted. “Nasty” Campaign Ads Now Have Whole New Meaning!

Just when you thought that political campaign ads could not sink any lower, Barack Obama’s team shatters your delusion.

The latest Obama re-election ad features Lena Dunham sharing with the nation that her “first time” was with Barack Obama, and continues in an embarrassing blather of sexual innuendo that is crass, vapidly shallow, and excruciatingly silly. Dunham’s entire message: “Vote for Obama, he’ll get you free birth control”! And the subtext “and isn’t he so cool and cute?”. Read more about “Nasty” Campaign Ads Now Have Whole New Meaning!

Republican Party of Texas - You've probably already heard, but we're here to confirm it - early voter turnout is huge in this important election!

We Must Stop This

The following is a letter from Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of True the Vote:

Dear Patriot,

In Florida, someone is sending threatening official-looking letters to Republican voters. The letters appear to come from an election official and falsely insinuate that the recipients are not eligible to vote.

This is yet another true case of voter fraud. It’s the type of criminal behavior that convinced me to form True the

Ted Cruz and David Pineda Push Republican Party into New Era

This new era is called the "Era of Hard Work." Ted Cruz was able to overcome the money and resume of David Dewhurst. There is probably no Republican group, no matter how small, in Texas that has not hosted Ted Cruz. Embracing and empowering the grassroots years before and during the primary with hard work is how Ted Cruz was able to stun some of Austin's most shrewd political consultants. I personally found myself having to recognize Cruz's payoff when I was at Dewhurst's election night party. Ted Cruz, on Wednesday, visited David Pineda in an effort to add to already strong firepower of the get out the vote machine of Pineda in House District 144, Pasadena, Texas.

Early Voting is Critical - The Road to the White House and Control of the Senate Drives Through Ohio

Sherrod Brown vs Josh MandelEarly voting is well underway in the key battleground state of Ohio. Voter turnout is critical in determining not only who will sit in the White House's Oval Office, but also which party will control the U.S. Senate. The road to victory in both of these could rest in one race, the Ohio Senate race between incumbent Democrat Senator Sherrod Brown and the challenger, Ohio State Treasurer,

Obama Promise to Hispanics - You are Number 2 if I am Re-elected - How many times can he tell this lie?

Obama on the Hot Seat with UnivisionPresident Obama told the Des Moines Register (where I always go to make my immigration announcements) that Immigration Reform is his biggest "long-term" priority for a second term. That really is a "long-term" priority since in 2008 he said it would be passed during his first year in office. President Obama is really starting to look like Lucy pulling the immigration reform football out from under Charlie Brown.
