For a little over two months now, TexasGOPVote.com has been reporting about the Delphi Salaried Retirees Pensions that were stolen by the Obama Administration as a payback to the unions in order to force the GM Bankruptcy to move forward in its blazingly fast 44 day bankruptcy. It is nice to see that Fox News Channel is now catching up with us and letting Ohio voters know about this issue that directly affects retirees who live and worked in Ohio (VIDEO BELOW).  NOTE: This issue also affects retirees in many other states including Michigan, Indiana, New York, Wisconsin and even Texas!

2012 Presidential Election: Tallying up the Electoral Votes

Who will win the Presidential Election? Good question, but I will make my predictions. Will Hurricane Sandy stall Romney's momentum and give the media yet another excuse not to ask President Obama about Benghazi and why the Administration did nothing to save four American lives? The media has painted the picture of Obama as a great leader during the crisis of Hurricane Sandy, while ignoring the crisis that was Benghazi. So the question is, will the voters forget the four dismal years of economic stewardship, or will the truth of Benghazi overcome the noise of Sandy? I say no. Texas Patriots PAC touts local release of HATING BREITBART this weekend

Andrew Breitbart was at the Tea Party in the Park in The Woodlands on October 10, 2010. At the time he was considered a rising star in the New Media and the Conservative movement.

Few could have imagined the impact he would have around the world since then - or that he would die last March at the age of 43. Read more about Texas Patriots PAC touts local release of HATING BREITBART this weekend

Dear Undecided Voter...

Dear Undecided Voters,

Do you need a reason to vote for Mitt Romney? Pick one below.

The Economy. Benghazi. No Jobs. Solyndra. Debt. Blame Bush. Styrofoam Greek columns. Greece. More debt (than any administration in history). Benghazi. The Economy. Fast & Furious. Beer summit. Jive talk. Debate master. American deaths. Mexican deaths. Infant deaths. Bowing to other countries.

Panama Free Trade Agreement will Benefit West Texas Agriculture

Issues:

On Wednesday, October 31st, the U.S.-Panama Free Trade Agreement (FTA) will go into effect, more than five years after it was first signed. The agreement is good news for West Texas agriculture. Currently, our agricultural goods face an average tariff of 15 percent in Panama, with some tariffs much higher. Prime and choice beef cuts face a 30 percent tariff today, but on Wednesday, that will be eliminated. The agreement will lock in Panama’s zero-tariff on American cotton, and eliminate tariffs on most peanuts and peanut products immediately, with the rest being phased out by 2017. Panama is a rapidly expanding economy, so we have a great chance to increase our sales and create more opportunities here at home. The Electoral College: How to Defend?

Someone on my Facebook page (which I hope you will ‘like’) asked about defending the electoral college: should he make the argument that electors will have more sober and impartial judgment than the fickle masses, etc.?

I wouldn’t. Given that the electors are nearly always party machine people, almost none of them will be independent minded, so the arguments the Framers of the Constitution

Congressman Ted Poe Libya Update

Issues:

Recent news accounts have raised serious concerns about what happened before and immediately after the attack in Libya on September 11, 2012 where our Ambassador, Chris Stevens, Air Force veteran Sean Smith, and former Navy SEALS Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were murdered. Recent reports also indicate that within two hours of the attack, the Administration was notified that the Islamist group, Ansar al-Sharia claimed responsibility. I spoke about this public information on the House floor the day after the attack yet for reasons that we do not know,
