Defunding Planned Parenthood

This week, the House is expected to vote on the Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2015. I’m a proud cosponsor of this important pro-life legislation that stops the flow of taxpayer dollars to Planned Parenthood and instead reroutes this money to other public health providers that serve low-income women without performing abortions. The Planned Parenthood scandal is outrageous and highlights the importance of quickly defunding this organization. At a time when America’s unborn remain under attack from radical abortion groups, I’m pleased the House will act to defend our children and the sanctity of life.
