State Board of Education member David Bradley had this to say regarding the upcoming school board decision, “He does not have to be fired as substitutes are not under contract. FORT HOOD, TEXAS--Officials at Fort Hood announced plans for an April 9 memorial service for the soldiers killed in the April 2 shooting rampage. The invitation-only event will be held at the III Corps Headquarters Building on Fort Hood beginning at 2 pm CDT. The ceremony will be attended by President Barrack Obama and the First Lady, Michelle Obama.
According to a press release from the Fort Hood Public Affairs Office, the invitation is open to all Fort Hood soldiers and their families
