Congressman Neugebauer on Terrorist Financing, ISIL

Today I questioned the Hon. David S. Cohen, Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, U.S. Department of the Treasury, at a hearing on terrorist financing and ISIL.

To eliminate the global threat of ISIL, we need to defeat and destroy them on the front lines of the battlefield and engage in a financial war on their funding sources.
