Video Proves Innocence but Texas Man still Charged; Arresting Officer Terminated – Jefferson County Corruption

Issues:

I recently wrote an article exposing massive corruption in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. Specifically, a hidden Video was released that shows an illegal arrest and perjury by Democrat Texas Judge Layne Walker and Jefferson County Sheriff Deputies. Jefferson County is no stranger to corruption, from Beaumont Independent School District scandals leading to state takeovers to Beaumont mayors going to jail. Things are bad in this Democrat-controlled East Texas county. Read more about Video Proves Innocence but Texas Man still Charged; Arresting Officer Terminated – Jefferson County Corruption

Freedomworks Introduces Come And Take It

Issues:

Come and take it. What do you think of when you hear those words? If you’re like me, I immediately conjure up an image of a cannon with a star above it. What about the story behind the phrase, though? It has been used numerous times, but the most memorable time was during the Battle of Gonzales when the Texians had been given a cannon by the Mexican authorities to fend off attackers,

San Antonio’s Catholic Heritage At Stake With NDO

The San Antonio Express News failed to mention that on Wednesday, August 23, there were at least 800 Blue shirts for the 2 pm City Council session and over 1000 for the 6 pm meeting. Citizens waited in scorching 98 degrees to be able to give testimony on the proposed non discrimination ordinance. This was the first time that the council convened for the purpose of addressing the NDO which violates our First Amendment Right to Religious Freedom. The NDO is set for a vote on September 5. Obama's Failure on Syria

Issues:

Syria is a debacle, and the people responsible are President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Obama has decided to allow Congress a say, why, it is anyone's guess. What can’t be denied is that the Middle East is worse off than it was before Obama became President and Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State. When Obama took office, Iraq was still smoldering, but the surge allowed a functional

Syria is Not our Fight: Open Letter to the U.S. Congress

Issues:

Congress:

There are no “good guys” in this one. Nothing there is worth American sons’ and daughters’ blood or American treasure. If the surrounding nations (who arguably are truly at risk here if any are) do not support the action, why should we?

Our brave military is sworn to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. They are not sworn to get in the middle of a civil war in a foreign land where there are no apparent threats to the U.S. Constitution or our U.S. citizens. AG Candidate Barry Smitherman Discusses Energy, Border Security, and the 2nd Amendment (Video Interview)

Issues:

Smitherman-Price InterviewThe race to replace Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, who is now running to be Governor of Texas, is certainly becoming one of the most interesting races for Republican voters in the 2014 Primary. It is imperative that we select an Attorney General for Texas who is well-equipped to take on an increasingly over-reaching federal government and protect the liberty and economy of Texas and Texans. One of the candidates for this position is the current chairman of the Texas Railroad Commission, Barry Smitherman from Houston, Texas. STOP Texas 20% Tax on College Students! Repeal Tuition Set Aside Law!

Issues:

We have to spread the word! The Texas Tuition Set Aside Law is an Obama-style share the wealth TAX on students simply because they are going to college. We have to call our State Senators and State Representatives. We have to call the Governor. Last week I wrote an article exposing this tax. Labor Day, Freedom & the Assault on the American Work Ethic

Tags:

For many throughout world history and today, the idea of a holiday celebrating work would be at least bizarre. Hard workers the world over, slaves in anti-bellum America and in other countries, medieval serfs in feudal Europe, powerless peasants coerced to work in collective farms and factories under communism, and literally millions around the world, experience work as forced, and largely unrewarded, labor.
