Where Do We Go From Here?

Throughout 2012, whenever I was asked if we would win in November, my answer was consistently, “We will win if we can overcome voter fraud.” I just could not comprehend that the American people would willingly allow the current administration to continue in dismantling our Republic, piece by piece. But I was wrong, at least partially. While voter fraud was certainly a problem, tragically, voter apathy was something that I never saw coming. Read more about Where Do We Go From Here?

Bankruptcy Courts Part 5 - Is Change in the Air for Bankruptcy Courts?

Issues:

Bob Price and Sam Gerdano - American Bankruptcy Institute - Tucson ArizonaAs part of my ongoing series on Chapter 11 bankruptcy processes and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, I took the opportunity to visit the American Bankruptcy Institutes (ABI) Winter Leadership Conference to see if there was any change in the works. Looking historically at Bankruptcy in our judicial system, it seems we go through major changes about every forty years. The last time this was done was in 1978. For the past two years, the ABI has been conducting a series of Bankruptcy Commission hearings to study necessary reforms for Chapter 11 that are expected to be implemented by 2018. House Passes Frank Buckles Wwi Memorial Act

Issues:

Wednesday, the House unanimously passed H.R. 6364, the bipartisan Frank Buckles WWI Memorial Act. The bill was introduced by Congressman Ted Poe (R-TX) along with Congressman Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) and Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC).

This legislation (1) establishes a commission to commemorate the centennial of World War I; (2) re-designates the Liberty Memorial of Kansas City as the “National World War I Museum and Memorial;” and (3) establishes a new, stand-alone World War I Memorial on the National Mall. The Left Exposed!

PJ Media's Steven Crowder released a video showing union thugs sucker punching him while they attacked and collapsed the America for Prosperity tent with women and children in it. In Michigan, the governor signed a law allowing workers the right not to join a union and the union thugs came out in full force. To paraphrase John Lennon, imagine a world in which workers do not have to work in a union or pay dues and that's one thing that a few union leaders might not be want to imagine. Is it Time For Republicans to Give Up the Fight over the Fiscal Cliff?

In the 5 weeks since the re-election of Barack Obama as president, there has been an astonishing resurgence in the president's popularity among the American people. Since election day, when Obama's general popularity numbers were hovering around 50% in the polls, these numbers have now soared to 55% and have been as high as 58% in Rasmussen's recent polls of presidential popularity. Moreover, Rasmussen's presidential index, which measures those that strongly disapprove of the president's performance versus those who strongly approve has gone from a low of -23 two months ago

NOW President urges women to become more dependent on government & supports forced confiscation of Americans’ private property

Issues:

It is time for a new and honest national conversation in America about what spending policies actually help women.

Does increasing entitlement spending, and growing the size, power and control over society by the federal government make women more independent, successful and “liberated,” or does growing government negatively impact women and their opportunities to flourish and succeed?

My new book, Ladies, Can We Talk? America Needs Our Vote! invites women to take a fresh look at what kind of future our votes today will create. It urges women to consider

Report Finds Fannie & Freddie Senior Employees Are Paid Over $200,000

Issues:

Perhaps one of the most egregious examples of wasteful taxpayer spending has been the bailout of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) that have cost the American taxpayers over $150 billion. Now, a report by the inspector general of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) studied the pay for 2,000 senior employees at Fannie and Freddie. The study reports that employees at the “vice president” level have median annual salaries between $205,300 and $388,000. RAINN Presents Cornyn with ‘Crime Fighter’ Award

Issues:

Today the Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network (RAINN) presented U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) with their ‘Crime Fighter’ award for his efforts to reduce and prevent sexual assault. RAINN has endorsed Sen. Cornyn’s bipartisan Sexual Assault Forensic Evidence Registry, or SAFER Act, which would audit and reduce the backlog of untested rape kits in the possession of law enforcement agencies across the country, estimated to be as high as 400,000.

I’m humbled to receive the RAINN Crime Fighter award, and I commend the staff and volunteers at RAINN for the tireless work

UN Takes Concrete Steps Toward Global Tax

Issues:

In Doha, Qatar late Saturday delegates attending the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change took concrete steps toward a new global treaty to address global warming that will transform the economic structure of the world with a new global tax. To be completed by 2015, the UN expects every nation to implement it by 2020, even though the globe has not warmed for the past 16 years. Read more about UN Takes Concrete Steps Toward Global Tax
